We have been working with TecFac for about 6 months. We were using an inhouse IT person to facilitate the request. This was not efficient, and we had too many holes, and security issues. Tecfac is a family owned and operated business so the personal touch with our company employees made the transition seamless. Everyone knows the TecFac people and they are always polite and give the over and above service because the know its important to the success of our business.
