There is an ongoing conversation within the commercial real estate industry and its ‘Everything as a Service’ (EaaS) model for IT service delivery. This was a topic at several Realcomm 2016 sessions, including the effect of this model on the emerging role of the CIO. Dipesh Shah, SVP & CIO at InvenTrust, is one of the emerging young leaders in the industry.
